All orders received Monday to Friday before 1.00pm will be shipped the same working day subject to stock availability. All orders received Saturday/Sunday will be processed on Monday.

If orders cannot be fulfilled from stock they will be backordered. You will be notified by email of the anticipated delay and have the right to cancel if the delay is not considered reasonable.

We would advise you to contact us prior to ordering if you have particular delivery requirements or your order is especially time sensitive.

We endeavour to deliver goods with reliable couriers promptly, safely and by the most cost effective method. Please note, signature on delivery will be required. For large or heavy items, you will be contacted by telephone or email to be informed of the exact day of delivery.

Bulky items i.e. digital pianos, will be delivered flat packed to ground floor only.

For an extra charge, you can arrange to have your bulky items personally delivered, assembled, all packaging removed and a brief demonstration of the products main features. Call

for a quotation.

You must inform us in writing as soon as is reasonably possible after delivery of any damage or shortages.

All products unless stated, carry a manufacturers 12 month guarantee from the date of purchase. Any fault occurring within the guarantee period must be notified to us in writing as soon as possible.

The guarantee does not cover faults caused by misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by using the product for which it was not intended or attempting or having someone else, not authorised by Musical World, to attempt a repair.

Any manufacturing fault or defect in a product at the time of sale must be notified to us in writing as soon as it becomes apparent to receive a full refund (If this is within a reasonable time of sale) or a repair or replacement.

No returns will be accepted unless we have issued an authorised returns number.

You must tell us in writing if you wish to cancel. You may cancel up to seven days after confirmation of your order to receive a full refund.

If your order has been despatched you will be liable for the cost of collection by our authorised couriers. An authorised returns number must be obtained from us.

Please ensure you keep all original unmarked packaging with manuals, original documents and any accessories, to be packed in an ‘as new condition’ otherwise you will be liable for the cost of a personal collection by us.

The Customer shall be liable for any damage to unwanted goods before collection is made.

If you have ordered a product on finance through Able2buy, you will be liable for their cancellation costs.

Goods subject to a special order, which include products designed to customer’s specifications.

The following items cannot be returned due to health implications or photocopying:
Mouthpieces, Reeds, Harmonicas, Microphones, Music Books & DVD’s/CD’s, Strings, All instrumental cleaning products.
